Shipping Policy

Every WICK WORX order is hand-packed in our Christchurch studio with care. Here's what to expect once you place your order.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 business hours of purchase. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way. If anything changes, we'll reach out directly.

Domestic Shipping (New Zealand)

• Flat rate courier: $9.00 NZD for orders under $80.00
• Free shipping on all NZ orders $80.00 and over
• Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days via courier

International Shipping

We currently ship within New Zealand only. We hope to expand in the future — follow us to stay updated.

Tracking

Tracking information is sent via email once your order has been dispatched. If you haven't received your tracking details, please contact us at customercare@wickworx.co.nz.
