Candle Care Guide

  • Trim Your Wick

    Trim your wick to 5mm before each burn. It helps prevent mushrooming, sooting, and uneven burning for a cleaner, longer-lasting candle.

  • First Burn Matters

    Let the wax melt all the way to the edges on the first burn—usually 2–3 hours. This prevents tunnelling and sets your candle up for an even burn every time.

  • Burn Safely

    Keep your candle away from drafts and flammable materials. Never burn for more than 4 hours at a time, and always place it on a heat-resistant surface.

  • Know When to Stop

    When 1cm of wax remains at the bottom, it’s time to stop. This protects the vessel and helps prevent overheating.
